What is a digital assessment?It is an online survey intended to measure the level of digital maturity of your company comprising four dimensions: social, mobile, technology management, and information management.

How is the digital assessment carried out?It is carried out in three stages. Firstly, a survey is conducted with the employees to identify how they use the technologies available to work. After collecting the data, the information is categorized into the four dimensions evaluated in the survey. Finally, the company’s digital assessment is prepared.
What are the four dimensions evaluated by +Digital’s survey?The dimensions are social, mobile, technology management, and information management. Based on the employees’ responses every dimension gets a score.
How long does it take the employee to complete the survey?The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes.
Is the name of the respondent disclosed to the company?No, the survey is anonymous and the responses are consolidated per category (branch, department, position etc.), providing that there are at least five respondents per category.

After purchasing the survey, how is this carried out?After purchasing the survey, the employees will receive a password to access the +Digital website. On the website, every employee will use the password to login into the +Digital survey. Next, it is about 15 minutes to complete the survey.
What if not all employees have a computer available at work?The survey can be completed using any platform: desktop computer, notebook , tablet or smartphone. Also we have the option of letters with codes to be answered in any computer, in a library for example.
As the purchaser, can I monitor the progress of the survey at my company?Yes. After purchasing +Digital digital assessment, you will receive a password to access an online administrator that allows you to monitor the progress of the survey at your company, as well as check the results afterwards.
Does +Digital offer consulting services in the areas it evaluates?No. We are a survey company focused on technology. We work with some partners which we can recommend to help you solve the issues identified by the survey.
What is a Division?It is the way you can filter the respondents’ data. For example, you may choose to filter the survey per department, location, or position. Sex, age, and education are already in the survey.
What is a Category?These are the subdivisions for each filter you have previously chosen. For example, if you chose the department division, you should choose finance, marketing, legal as a category.
