• What is the difference between the plans offered?

  +Digital offers four distinct plans (Starter, Pro, Corporate, and Enterprise) which include different services. Every plan offers a different set of features. The features include:
  Access: number of administrators having access to the survey administrator.
  Customized Divisions: number of survey filters (branch, department etc.)
  Category per customized division: the possible subdivisions for each filter.
  Self-registration: the customer may send out the survey through a single weblink
  Logo: the customer may add its logo to all interfaces of the survey, from the employees survey to the final report.
  Export reports: the customer may have reports in different formats (PDF or CSV).

• How do I know which plan is best for my business?

  You should take into account the size of your company, the level of details you desire in the +Digital survey, and the features offered by each plan. The Starter plan is suitable for small businesses which have few departments, less than 100 employees, and are based on a single location. The Enterprise plan, the most complete plan offered by +Digital, allows continuous, recurrent analysis of the level of digital maturity of your company.

• How many questionnaires should I purchase?

  If your company has up to 100 employees, you should choose the Starter plan. If your company has up to 1,000 employees, you should choose the Pro plan. If your organization is a large corporation with over 10,000 employees, there are two plans suitable for you: Corporate or Enterprise.

• What is a Division?

  It is the way you can filter the respondents’ data. For example, you may choose to filter the survey per department, location, or position. Sex, age, and education are already in the survey.

• What is a Category?

  These are the subdivisions for each filter you have previously chosen. For example, if you chose the department division, you should choose finance, marketing, legal as a category.

• What is the Self-Registration offered in the more advanced plans?

  There are some options to send out the survey that may be chosen according to the plan purchased. The Self-Registration, which is available in the Pro and upper plans, allows you to send out the survey using a single weblink. The respondent registers himself/herself by informing the email and completing the survey. You may also limit the respondents’ emails’ domains.

• How do I analyze the answers?

  On the Dashboard you can have access to your company’s report for the four dimensions assessed: social, mobile, technology management, and information management. You may filter it according to the divisions and categories that have been configured. Depending on the plan you have purchased you may export the data to a spreadsheet, or even get the printed report (check the support for availability).

• Is my data secure?

  We are very concerned about our customers’ data safety, security, confidentiality and integrity, so we work to offer them the best safety and security practices and cutting edge technology. To ensure safety and security the +Digital system is run on a secure, audited infrastructure which is SAS70, SSAE-16, and ISAE 3402 certified.

• Will I get any support if I need?

  Yes. You can count on our technical support. Just fill out our support form for help, troubleshooting, or in case of any system failure.

• If my internet connection crashes in the middle of the survey, will I lose the completed answers?

  No. The system automatically saves all answers at the end of each page, so you can resume the survey at any time.
